Just Care Consultancy Ltd offers a unique monitoring service that is person centred and evaluates the care, the quality of care and the cost of the care delivered.
Just Care Consultancy Ltd monitoring service can be carried out in any setting if you are fully funding care, so whether at home,rest home, care home with or without nursing or a EMI (dementia) care home or any other setting our aim is to ensure that you are receiving the best care at the best price.
The aim of the monitoring service is always to ensure that your loved one is getting the right type of care, that they are being treated with respect and dignity, to report any concerns to you or any other professional bodies if the care delivered is not meeting the expected minimum standards. We will always ensure that confidentiality is maintained and a detailed summary will be sent. It may be necesary to share this information with other professionals if a safeguarding meeting identifies poor care or other issues , but this is always done in consultation.
For each summary we will check that care plans have been updated that the care expected is being delivered and in line with the national standards. It is not just about the written care but on how we are greeted, how many staff on duty, do you get consistent staffing and on our observation are the staff treating the residents with respect and dignity. Do you live abroad or away from your loved one?
You may be a relative, a friend who lives away from the area or abroad and want to ensure that your loved one is being cared for appropriately but it is difficult for you to visit. Just Care Consultancy Ltd can offer a one off monitoring service visit or provide this on a regular basis and will complete a summary of our findings for your information. We will add value and quality to a client's care by ensuring that any issues are addressed with the provider and that those services that are being paid for are being provided and are tailored to the needs of your loved one.
Independent monitoring
Just Care Consultancy Ltd monitoring service is independent from the NHS, Social Services or regulatory authorities and ensures that those clients who are self funding their care receive the care they deserve.
Just Care Consultancy Ltd aim is to ensure that anyone who has ill health is treated with dignity and respect and our monitoring service will help to create a market that responds to the changing demands, needs and expectations of its clients.
Respite Care
If you or your loved one has respite care whether at home or in any other care setting and you are having a break you may want to consider our monitoring service to help you have piece of mind whilst you are away. We have the professional experience and expertise to check complex packages of care. This could be a one off visit or on a regular basis. Just Care Consultancy Ltd will obtain consent and a detailed summary will be provided of our monitoring visit. The summary will include an overview, the latest star rating and a breakdown of costs and the consultant findings and recommendations.
