We have vast experience to advise on the care pathway that you may wish to take and are able to give you the opportunity to speak to one of our consultants directly to initiate this service. We know care is very personal and necessitates careful handling to understand the complex nature of your needs or of others.
If you are starting to look for care and considering what type of care settings will meet your needs we will, on your instruction, act on your behalf and send a letter of confirmation of our services with our initial contract. Following further indepth discussion or a face to face meeting with you and other interested parties, we will prioritise your needs whether this is a room with a view, allowing pets, family rooms etc. Care does not need to be in a placement this could happen at home and this option will always be considered prior to any placement options. We will complete an initial assessment based on medical and social needs before a detailed search is made to offer options of appropriate care settings for consideration by the client.
Just Care Consultancy Ltd will always check the rating of the placement with the regulatory bodies known as the Care Quality Commission(formerly CSCI) and include this in the report together with the financial information including a weekly breakdown of costs.However whilst these ratings provide the last inspection details Just Care Consultancy Ltd always visit each placement to ensure that your needs and wishes can be met. If you wish to view the care setting and want our consultants to accompany you then this can be arranged.

The final decision will always be yours to make. Our aim is to provide you with thorough information and recomendations based on our research to ensure that you receive the best care.
If you decide on one of these recommendations then our service at this point will be complete, but you may wish to commission one of our other services in the future.
