We deliver independent specialist professional services tailored to our customers needs.
Just Care Consultancy Ltd recognises that finding long term care solutions is daunting for any carer whether the care is for yourself, wife, husband, partner, relative or friend or if you are acting as an appointee.
It takes time, knowledge and experience of the care sector to ensure that your loved one receives the best and most appropriate form of care no matter where the care setting is.
Just Care Consultancy Ltd will assess your individual needs and help to match your needs to what the care market is offering. It is a confusing time for any carer to decide which care pathway they should follow. Our principle aim for our clients is to be cared for in a safe and effective way and for you to ultimately choose the right environment with our professional support and guidance.
Just Care Consultancy Ltd recognise that individuals who fully fund their own care are often left to their own devices with the least amount of help available to assist and advise on making the right choice. Just Care Consultancy Ltd are independent from Social Services and from the NHS but maintain strong partnerships with both authorities.
When care needs change you may not have planned for long term care and often in our experience there is little time to find the most appropriate setting to meet these changes in health and care needs.
Nursing and Midwifery Council - NMC Guidance
The Guidance for the Care of Older People was published in early 2009 with a code of conduct for all nurses to 'think people, think process and think place'. This guidance exists to achieve respect and dignity and enhance services whilst fully communicating with all to understand our elders with empathy, compassion and kindness.
Just Care Consultancy Ltd prides itself with the fundamentals of this message and offers four levels of services which have been developed around these principles.
Please see the attached links for details of our services which can be commissioned both inside and outside of the Sussex area.
Assessing capacity and consent
Prior to any service being undertaken each customer must be assessed to determine their level of capacity to consent and understand the ramifications of the assessment process. The Mental Capacity Act 2009 Guidance is clear that this assessment is evidenced and Just Care Consultancy may request evidence of Lasting Power Of attorney (formely Enduring Power Of Attorney) if the cutomer lacks capacity to understand or give consent. This process ensures individuals remain protected and recognises their vulnerability.
